1. Who We Are

AVIOR Athletics ("we", "us", or "our") is a fitness and nutrition platform operated by Cody Wentler that offers self-directed, AI-powered, and human coaching services. We can be reached at codywentler@aviorathletic.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Identity and contact information: name, email address, and mobile phone number (if you opt in to SMS)
• Health and fitness information: weight, body-fat estimates, energy and recovery ratings, workout logs, and athletic-test results
• Nutrition information: meal logs, macro/calorie/water intake, and nutrition goals
• Sleep and recovery information: sleep hours, sleep quality ratings, and recovery notes
• Injury and pain information you voluntarily share during onboarding and weekly check-ins
• Messages exchanged with your coach through the in-app messaging feature
• Scheduling information: coaching-call bookings and appointment times
• Payment identifiers: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers (full card details are handled by Stripe, not AVIOR)
• Images you choose to upload, such as progress photos and food/nutrition photos, where your plan includes those features

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide training programs, nutrition features, and guidance — self-directed tools, AI-generated programming and nutrition where your plan includes them, and human coaching where your plan includes a coach
• Track your progress and provide feedback — from your coach where your plan includes one, and from AVIOR's AI features where enabled
• Send you training-plan updates, check-in prompts, and booking confirmations
• Process payments for human coaching and self-service subscriptions
• Support exercise safety within a coaching and training (non-medical) context

4. AI-Assisted Coaching

To help your coach review your week and draft feedback, information you submit — including fitness, nutrition, recovery, sleep, and check-in responses — may be processed by AI models that assist with summarization, analysis, and drafting. AI-assisted output is reviewed and used by your coach as part of the coaching process. AVIOR's AI features are coaching and wellness tools; they do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinically validated health assessments.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data only with the services required to operate AVIOR, under each provider's confidentiality and security terms:

• Base44 — hosts the application, database, user accounts, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — processes payments and manages subscriptions. Stripe receives payment identifiers and transaction data; AVIOR does not store full card numbers.
• Google services — used to operate AVIOR and may receive limited client data: Google Calendar (coaching-call scheduling), Google Drive (client document storage), Google Sheets (optional progress and nutrition log syncing), and Gmail (sending coach and account emails).
• Twilio — delivers SMS reminders and notifications to clients who opt in.
• AI providers — process submitted fitness/wellness information to assist your coach with summaries and feedback, as described in Section 4.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by disabling SMS reminders in Account Settings or by replying STOP to any message.

6. Health Data

Health and fitness information you provide is used exclusively for coaching and wellness purposes. It is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and is never shared with insurers, employers, or third parties. AVIOR does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your coaching relationship is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time from Account Settings (see Section 8). Where legal or accounting obligations require retention of certain records (for example payment identifiers held by Stripe), those specific records are retained as needed and described at deletion.

8. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

To delete your account, log in and use the "Delete Account" option in Account Settings. Deletion permanently removes your personal and health data, cancels any active subscription, and signs you out. Payment records required for accounting may be retained. You may also email us at codywentler@aviorathletic.com with the subject "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 30 days.

9. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your login session. Unsaved check-in draft data is held in session storage and cleared when you log out or close your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Device Permissions

AVIOR Athletics does not currently request camera, photo-library, microphone, location, contacts, Bluetooth, motion-and-fitness (Apple Health/HealthKit), Face ID, speech recognition, media-library, local-network, or advertising-tracking permissions. Coaching appointments are added to your calendar through a server-side Google Calendar connection, not your device's local calendar. If we add device permissions in the future, we will request them only at the moment you use the relevant feature and update this policy accordingly.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active clients of significant changes via email.
